Perhaps the most famous booth at our festival, gyros are a delicious sandwich made with a lamb and beef shaved off of a hot rotissierie, tomatos, red onions, tzatziki sauce (cucumber/yogurt sauce) all wrapped in a warm pita. Be sure to add Feta Fries for the full experience.
Grilled chicken, beef, and lamb, all cooked in our homemade marinade over an open flame. Great with a side of warm pita and tzatziki sauce.
Perhaps best described as an eggplant lasagna, this Greek dish will leave you wondering where moussaka has been all of your life. Roasted eggplant, potato, zucchini, ground beef, and a bechamel sauce are all layered and baked for a delicious dish that can heal the soul. With a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg, this dish is truly unique and delicious.
